Banned Books Week Day #6

Banned Books Week has noted a variety new challenges this year that caused my eyebrows to raise.

Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West" by Gregory Maguire

"Retained in the tenth-grade honors program of the Canandaigua Academy in Ontario County, N.Y. (2008) despite concerns about the sexual content on a few pages of the book.
