Barney Rosset is someone who survived in the world of publishing despite feeling the backlash from people who were afraid of sex.
What was his big crime that sent him into court to fight for freedom of speech? Wanting to publish uncensored versions of books then called "obscene" but weren't, were they? Do you think D.H. Lawrence's Lady Chatterley's Lover, Henry Miller's Tropic of Cancer and William Burroughs' Naked Lunch are obscene?
Yeah, me neither.
This is a documentary about his plight and might be of interest to those who believe in the first amendment.
