A bit of random ridiculousness...

Is it wrong to be on the treadmill [2 miles and using arms weights as well], drinking water to stay rehydrated, and eating a couple of red vines [do this when I'm editing and plotting]?

I don't think so - but then again, I did it and think I might have crossed some line, pushing me in to the sick and wrong category.

And, don't forget to check out my challenge to blog for a cure...click here, comment and maybe win!

What the hell are red vines??

You may have just drank too much and made your tummy upset. I've done that.

I've also pushed myself so hard that I've come scarily close to puking. Believe it or not, I'd take that over the too-much-water feeling any day.

You see, when you back off your intensity, the need to puke goes away.

Until you push it too hard the next time.

I was so lost in thought I didn't realize I'd taken more than my usual 5 - it's the waters fault!

We shouldn't push ourselves too much for a little more sweat - dang it, but I know I will.

Ummm, red vines, I've heard they are like twizzlers - but I won't try them because they aren't red vines! Confusing I know, but it's this thing sugar and I have going on. Sometimes Target has them and the big tub is so hard to pass by.

Had to let out a small chuckle with this post because it reminds me of me. I always say, if I was going to eat the (fill in the blank here) anyway, it's better to do it while exercisng than no exercise at all ;)
